Clark Associates’ new 3-story, 22,500 SF corporate office building is located on Route 340 east of Lancaster city. The new office is adjacent to the existing corporate office, but has provided room for both corporate expansion and modern amenities.
The first floor features a 1,750 SF fitness center with men’s and women’s locker rooms for employee use. There is also a 2,000 SF employee lunch room with direct access to an exterior paver patio. The second and third floors feature open office space with corner offices and glass wall corner conference rooms. Each of the upper floors has a small break station and employee bathrooms.
One of the more unique features of the building is the open ceiling design that incorporates Armstrong Formations circular acoustical cloud ceilings in addition to custom scrolling Axiom edge profile ceilings. The remainder of the ceilings are painted exposed metal joists and decking. A variety of flooring applications were used including carpet tile, epoxy resinous floors, and ceramic tile.
Exterior finishes include two-color EIFS with an architectural metal siding profile. Aluminum windows used in a ribbon style arrangement allow for natural daylight and open views.
The new building offers modern office area space with easily accessible employee activity areas.
