Building II was designed and constructed for the specific needs and philosophy of the Chatham Financial Services organization.  Lower level training areas provide state-of-the-art computer simulation training for new and existing employees. The three story structure is 32,000 SF.  Large open areas encourage communication between employees with small and large private conference rooms around the perimeters of the trading floors.  The large atrium in the center of the building allows substantial natural light into the building.  The timber frame ceiling provides beautiful architectural detail. The exterior of the building was inspired by the surrounding agriculture buildings and follows suit with the first 2 building projects on the site constructed by the same design/construction team.
