Design/Build is the construction method that provides a single contact for a complete approach to building commercial and institutional facilities of all kinds. You have a single contract with Paul Risk Associates to provide architectural design services, engineering design services, and construction. Responsibilities and risk are allocated to those best able to manage them daily and on site if necessary. Design/Build will achieve the shortest turnaround time from drawings to an occupied facility of any construction method. The single source accountability eliminates any adversarial relationships between Owner, Architect, and Builder that arises with a traditional bid project.
