Paul Risk provided a single source point of accountability for the renovation of this 119 bed Skilled Care and Personal Care facility. The Skilled Care building contained 57 rooms in 6 wings, and the Personal Care building had 34 rooms in 3 wings. Renovations included a complete upgrade of existing finishes along with sprinkler and MEP work. In addition to the rooms, the common areas were updated to provide family seating areas and a café. All of the dining rooms were also upgraded. Resident rooms had windows replacements and PTAC units installed to provide individual HVAC control in every room. An employee lounge, outdoor patio trellis, and sunroom addition were also new features included in the project.
